    I would like to ask for help to install the wplms software. Unfortunately, it didn't work out.

    Hi I checked your site there is already some courses and blog posts present on the site . 

    do you wish to delete them. ?

    in order to install we usually reset the installation. 

    also you did not tell which demo you want to install ?

    is it existing site you just upgraded to wplms v4?
