    Custom fonts not working - switching to some default font. Attached is my style.css entries as well as the Topography under Customizer, showing the added family. I have uploaded the files and made sure that the files are reachable via the url-s in style.css. My other fonts are imported via the Google API - no issue there. Please advise.

    Okay please make sure that the fonts eot,svg etc. files are accessible when you access them directly . Check if the style.css of the child theme is loading or not in your pages . Please try saving the changes in the customizer for the fonts and then check the fonts are working or not in new page without customizer open.
