Not sure why it is not appearing in our test setups. We're releasing 1.9.9.1 update of Vibe course module plugin for this fix today.October 23, 2015 at 1:06 pm #4468seksinParticipantOK. Thank you very much.October 23, 2015 at 2:53 pm #4540sandyMemberWe're still trying to replicate this issue to confirm the fix. But as it is not appearing in our test sites, we would need your help. a. Try deactivating third party plugins to check if the issue arises because of some conflict with another plugin. b. It would be great if you can share FTP credentials to check if the fix works, no content or setting will be changed during this.October 23, 2015 at 2:58 pm #4541seksinParticipantCould you access the website by using admin account for check? login admin password seksin3298202 May be it impact from <span style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: 600; line-height: 19.5px; white-space: nowrap;">WPBakery Visual Composer is not update.</span>October 23, 2015 at 3:19 pm #4552seksinParticipantPlase use this connect information if you would like to ftp ftp.consultuniversity.com port 2002 <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Cordia New'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: JA; mso-bidi-language: TH;">login busines1</span> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Cordia New'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: JA; mso-bidi-language: TH;">password goKEKYMID7</span>October 23, 2015 at 4:26 pm #4569seksinParticipantI found some error may be impact these issue.
