Best specs for server:

Can you please tell me what the best specs for my server could be in order to run smoothly and with a good speed opening and switching pages?   Also I wanted to ask you if you can check on why I cannot download the file to import courses in bulk. I generate the file but when click on download nothing happens. If i would like to use the search bar just as the Demo2 with the blue button that says search is there a code for that instead of the udemy main search bar code that you posted in another discussion.
