Assignments don't show dates and old assignments came back for some reason. We don't want to have to mark things again, and now with the new layout we can't tell which assignments are the oldest and need to be marked first.We're also seeing some assignments coming through with multiple submissions from the same person, with most being blank submissions.Okay please check if you have any comments in your trash form wp-admin -> comments -> trash . Please delete the comments in trash . Yep the new submissions do not shows the order as it fetches the assignment submissions . We will try to add this info in the upcoming updates in the submission . Please also note check if a user who is appearing many times in the assignments have more than one comment in assignments ? Please share the course url and admin credentials to check the issue further . PS : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .All the items in the comments trash are student assignment submissions. We would love it if you could also give us a solution for blocking spam but allowing all assignment submissions, even if they contain URL's. Thanks!You have to delete the comments from trash also to prevent the assignments appearing again in submissions . The credentials that you have provided are not working . Please also share the url of the course in which the issue is appearing . akismet issue . We are using the comments template of the wordpress in assignment ,so this is limitation in wplms that it is bound to use the comments system and we also cannot prevent the akismet from marking a comment as spam . You can contact the akismet plugin support or on wordpress forums to disable akismet in assignments OR You can use a captcha by using third party plugin .That will help in reducing spam if akismet is not working properly .Thank you for explaining the akismet issue. The comment above has login credentials - the assignment issue is happening for every course.You really need to clean up comments from your spam and trash . It maybe possible that someone would have spammed your assignments also . That is why the old assignments shows up in pending . Please clean the spam and delete the comments trash . Please also make sure that no assignment answer (comments) remains in pending .Okay, spam comments are entirely cleaned up. Pending & trash comments are empty. Is there anything else we need to do to resolve this issue?This found to be an issue in wplms assignments . We will be fixing this in the next update of wplms .Thanks fro patience . For the time being please ask students to answer the assignment for only one time to avoid multiple submissions .
