    Hi Support, I try to update plugins to version 2.1. However, WPLMS Front End is not complete update. The update screen show below information for a long time. Also, the server stops for scheduled maintenance mode. The system pending on this process and not complete   <p style="font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.5; margin: 1em 0px; color: #444444; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; background-color: #f1f1f1;">The update process is starting.     Please check the version may be its already updated to 2.1 version. If not then please share the  site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your setup.

    Okay i tried to replicate the issue at my test steup the updates are working fine . Many of wplms users were able to update the theme and plugins successfully . So i was in confidence that it will also work on your setup .When i tried to re-attempt the update i replicated the issue you were talking about but now the site is not accessible . Can you please share a valid Ftp credentials to check this at your end ? PS  :  mark reply as private while sharing credentials . To quick fix please delete the .maintenance  file in your root via ftp .

    Okay seems like you have fixed up your site and also i found the plugins to be updated . Only thing which is remained to update is wplms theme for which you have to provide your themeforest and buyer api key in the wp-admin-> wplms -> getting started . But i noticed that Vibe options page is returning blank .This may be due to old theme and new plugins incompatibility . to fix that you have manually update the theme by following this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/

    Hi, I already update the theme to version 2.1 by manually. However, the issue still occurred. I try to update plugin again but it not works.

    Hi, I deleted WPLMS Front End and re-install again and it works. For EventOn do I need to order the license?

    hi @fxadmin2014, Please  note that the eventon plugin is bundled with the theme and we include the latest version of eventon plugin with each update of it.It is in wplms -> plugins folder.You do not have to activate it .
