Hi, I'm getting these error messages when I try to access my courses. The first is when I go through my menu. The second is when I try to access via the product. And here is what i am getting when oplening the link : refer : http://prntscr.com/chgk1iSeems like that your theme got updated but your plugins are not OR plugins were not updated successfully . First please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version 2.2.2 (specially the vibe course module plugin) . If already updated and still facing the issues then please share your site url , admin credentials , a valid FTP credentials to check the issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .Vibe Course Module was not installed. I had to go to appearance>install plugins and install it. Not sure why that's not happening automatically. Can that be fixed so I don't have to remember to do it manually each time? But it did fix the problem with all courses page. Thanks. AnnaIt is recommended to update the plugins from wp-admin -> updates screen .Please check your file and folder(wp-content folder and its subfolders ) permissions . folder permissions must be 755 and file permissions must be 644.Okay. That's over my head. I always update from the wplms update page. Where do I check folder permissions? I've deleted and re-installed WPBakery via appearance>installed plugins but it's still saying there's a newer version. And when I try to edit a unit, I'm just getting code - no access to VISUAL tab. http://prnt.sc/civ3uzYes it will shows the latest version available as Visual composer newest version released on 9 th September and theme update was released on 22 August. We add latest version of the third party plugin bundled with theme in each update of wplms . So VC version 4.12.1 will be available with the next update if wplms theme . I checked your file permissions using Ftp and found that the folder permission of your plugins folder to be 705 which is the required plugin install was failing . check screenshots in private reply . I have changed the permission of your plugins folder .Now you should not get the same issue again while updating the plugins .Thanks for fixing that. Again, way over my head. Much appreciated. AnnaOkay I chekced your site and found that a third party plugin "Landing pages " was calling a select2.js file which was returning a js error . refer : http://prntscr.com/cjt4li So i deactivated it and it fixed the issue . But the question why this plugins Landing pages is loading its scripts in unit post type . You need to contact the plugin author about this .
