I am facing teething troubles with batches plug in ... I have searched the forum but could not find relevant answer
    1. How to upload images for every batch ? I could not a way to do it. Please provide steps to upload image for every batch

    2. "Enroll" button should be there in every batch but it appears only after the student is logged in and has purchased the course ? isn't it possible to provide "enroll" button with the batch and then, if clicked, student will be purchasing the course and subscribing to the batch in one go ?

    3. If the course duration is two days, for example: start date : 24th Sep and end date 25th Sep .. batch start date is shown correctly but end date is shown as 26th Sep. why is a day added to end always ?

    4. The timings of the batch are not being displayed . how can I enable the batch timings/schedule to be displayed ?

    5. If the batch is full, will the option "take this course" get disabled ?

    6. If the batch start date is a future date, say 24th Nov 2016. and a student purchases the course today.. will the student be able to start the course only on or after 24th Nov 2016 ? or will he be able to start the course today itself ?

    7. In the list of batches displayed, images are batch name is hyperlinked and clickable. If I select a batch, I can see batch page but there is no "take this course" button. That means , as a user, I need to go back to course page and then, again click "take this course" button ? Can you tell me the way to enable "take this course" button on batch page else how to disable the hyperlinks of the batches in the batch list.

    8. Once the batch is over, can the course content will still be made available to user ? In my system, once the course is purchased, it needs to be available to student for 3 months after the course finish date . in batches, is it still feasible ? how can I do so.

    9. If I delete a batch after students have enrolled in batch, will the students still be able to access the course without strict schedule of batch in a normal way ?

    10. how can I remove old batches ( the batches of which the start date is already gone or the batches which are finished already ) ? I think old batches should not be displayed at all.

    1) You need to upload the image for the group and it will become the image for the batch. 2) Sorry this is not possible. However if you are using wplms woocommerce plugin then you can create variable products for batches and then the user can directly purchase the product and she will be enrolled in the batch connected to that product. 3) This is a bug in the wplms batches plugin, this will be fixed in the next update of the wplms batches plugin. If its urgent you can share the site url and admin credentials with us I'll fix this at your end. 4) Yes this is also not available as of now, and we will be adding the batch timings in the next update of wplms batches plugin. 5) If "student must be enrolled in the batch to take the course" setting is enabled in the course settings, then the student will get seats full error if they click on take this course button, otherwise they can purchase the course. 6) There is a setting in the course settings section "student must be enrolled in the batch to take the course". If this setting is enabled then student cannot start the course untill she is enrolled in the batch and since the batch starts in nov therefore she can only access the course in nov. If this setting is disabled then the student can access the course whenever she purchases it. 7) Well we cannot show the take this course button in batches because the batches limitation is not only to one course, you can also connect the same batch to multiple courses and hence we cannot show take this course button. Let me know if you have some better suggestions for this. 8) If you enable "enable course accessibility within batch tminigs" then the user cannot access the course once the batch has ended. Disable this setting and then user can access the course anytime. 9) If you delete the batch then student cannot access the course if "student must be enrolled in the batch to take the course" setting is enabled in the course settings. 10) This is already in our issue log and will be fixed in the next update of wplms batches.
