Download the Wplms Hover Block Plugin : link

  1. Add the Plugin and activate the plugin.
  2. Go to Pages and Select a page.
  3. Go to the page builder option.
  4. Select Column and then content.
  5. There you see the Three new featured media block.
  6. Select one of the block and see the hover effect in front end.

  • You can customizer the color of hover blocks from wplms->customize->body->Single Menu Dark color.
