Hi, I updated the Modern theme for version 1.1 and I now have a search box on top right corner of the page where previous it didn't exist... I can I remove it?

We are unable to replicate the issue . Can you please share site url and admin credentials to check this issue at your end ?

Please try adding the gievn css from wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css: li#wp-admin-bar-search { display: none; }
