Changing user from one group to other group – Error updating courses per user

Hi guys, When we change a user from one group (group that includes certain courses) to a different group (group which includes other courses) there seems to be an error in the recounting of courses for that user. I mean if we do what I told you, courses from the previous group in which the user was still appear in his/her courses page. Those courses remain there and also in the progress widget included in the template. The do not disappear from user profile. The user now cannot access them, I mean they appear as private for the user but they still appear in his/her course page. I'd say even more, trying to make them disappear I even removed the group (batched group) and also deleted the courses included in those groups, but guess what, they are still there. They are shown in the user course page even if the group and courses have been removed from the system. It seems like there is not a recounting of courses assigned to a user, like if something is not updating. Any idea why this could be happening? it is causing a lot of confusion among our users.
