My courses run for 6 weeks, but I want students to have access to the course materials for 12 weeks. I've set the Batch duration to 12 weeks, and the batch start/end date to have 12 weeks in between. In the product, I've set the subscription to 12 weeks. For some reason, the course page is now showing the course duration to be 15 weeks. I've not set any parameter to show 15 weeks. How do I get the course duration to always show 6 weeks and ensure students have access for 12 weeks? Thanks (I have to say I'm really disappointed in Batches. It doesn't seem to work very well and it's so complicated. All I want is to run the same course four times a year. It really shouldn't be so difficult to do...)Its showing 15 weeks only for you, this happens when you are already added in the course and you make changes in the duration. But this doesn't update the duration for the user who is already enrolled. So please go to course admin area and reset the course for you and it will show correct duration. ------------------ In your case you need to set the course duration and product duration to 6 weeks but the batch duration should be 12 weeks. Here 6 weeks duration will be shown to the users but they can access the course upto 12 weeks because the batch duration overrides the course duration.
