My Top Menu is not showing in the child theme. I have activated the menu as posted in tutorial. See screen dump. I would like to use demo 5, but it seems a bit unstable. [caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1092"]

Menu is not showing in Firefox or IE, works in Chrome.
