    Hi, I have tried setting the 'Number of Extra Quiz Retakes'  to 1, 2 and 9999 but none of these resulted in the quiz retake button to appear in the results. This is an important function (and urgent). It used to work before but then I set all the quizzes to 0 retakes. Now I changed them back to 1 retake to no avail. (I have refreshed and emptied the cache). I have even deleted the student and re-registered but nothing... Please advise

    I am unable to replicate the issue on my test setup. Please share the quiz url and the admin credentials of your website to check the issue on your website. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.

    Unable to replicate this at your end too .check video. Please note here that the quiz retakes does not gets reset .Once user has taken the quiz it gets recorded and it will be counted . So you need to increase the retakes in the quiz settings itself.

    Hello Alex, Thank you for your trouble and video. Yes, I am also able to perform the same as administrator which I forgot to mention. However, please try it from the student login which I have included above to replicate the issue. Many Thanks!

    I checked your website, and logged in via admin to reset the quiz for the student you mentioned. Then I started the quiz using the student credentials you shared above but couldn't replicate the issue on your website. It works fine on your website please check. Refer the video in my next private reply.
