Hi! I paid an instructor by check (because he does not have a PayPal account). How to reset the commission to 0? https://postimg.org/image/mnwpglu7p/ Thanks! David.it does not work. The current commission is: 67,50 € I want to withdraw 54 €. But when I put 13,50 € and I do the steps, it does not work.I was able to successfully reset the commission on my test site. Can you provide me your wp-admin credentials. Also the exact details of the 1. instructor 2. his current commission 3. the amount of the check he paid to you i will do this on your site by myself. PS: Don't forget to mark your reply as private.Okay I just tested this at your end and found that the last payment that was made was of 13.5 to thomasp . Please note here that in dashboards widget it shows total commissions earned by the instrcutor . FOr payout they need to check another widget which is this : http://prntscr.com/dl9op5
