I really hope you can assist. As we have closed previous topic with same title, I re-post it here as the problem is not resolved.
I have since established that the following plugin conflicts with the WPLMS theme.
WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click (of which I have since bought the premium version).
1. The retake button disappears when plugin activated
2. The arrange-type questions don't work

Yes I agree that it is important but these issues actually appearing from that third party plugin itself .So please understand,if it was an issue with the wplms itself then this would not have been working .So,this query should be originally directed to content copy protection plugin author or support .

As you can see, this leaves me with a major predicament. Without copy protection I might as well not charge for the courses. Of all the potential problems I foresaw, copy protection was never one of them and in fact, this plugin was suggested by your support.
I don't believe I am the only one with this dilemma, can you not possibly work with the plugin vendor to resolve these issues?

If the issues cannot be resolved or would take long to fix, could you perhaps suggest a work-around to still run the above-mentioned Copy-protect plugin while allowing the student to do retakes on the quizzes? Please.
I can change the questions to exclude the 'arrange' type questions if needs be but a work-around for that would also be much appreciated.

From the WP activity report it appears that you have done two quizzes, Unit 11 quiz first, and then 12. The screenshot you provided is taken only of 12 which did in fact display the retake button as per your screenshot whereas, when I checked back in the results, unit 11 quiz did not show the retake button. How is that possible? Could the problem be bigger than I thought i.e. is the theme perhaps unstable that it only displays the retake button randomly?
I will highly appreciate if you would be so kind as to repeat again what you did in your last screenshot as I tried several times but could not even get the retake button to display once.
I am very hopeful to hear from you soonest as I have active students on hold anxiously wanting to retake their quizzes.

P.S. I have temporarily removed Vibesupport's admin privileges for now so as to allow you to also test it from there if needs be. (Please let me know when you need it back on again).
I wanted to check this again for the quiz 11 but to debug this also I would need admin credentials of the site to set the retakes and check it again .
But It seems like the credentials you shared for admin before ,you have made it student .
Can you please share admin credentials to check this at your end?
Please also try increasing the number of retakes in that quiz to "9999" and then check if the retake button is showing there or not?
We have been going around in circles for 13 days with no progress. The first thing I have tried was setting retakes to 9999 in the beginning and it had no effect. Please refer:

1. You can check the issue on any unit/quiz as none of them functions correctly.
2. I am happy to give you admin access but think you should first be able to at least experience the problem for yourself and that is only possible in student mode. The problem does not occur in admin mode. You cannot start debugging if you cannot see and acknowledge the problem/issue.
Being a live course with active students, we best take this process one step at a time as some of the quizzes got messed up with the previous debugging that has resulted in nothing.
So, to go forward, I ask again: Can you repeat your previous screenshot from student mode? We need to do this so that I can see if we are on the same page here.
No copy-protection is a deal-breaker for me. Without it I will need to find a new platform and lose months of preparation. The instructors who present their courses on my site had been given assurance that their courses are copy-protected. Unless you can provide a work-around, we have no other options.
If the theme cannot handle this critical function, I urge you to please acknowledge that so that I can move forward without wasting any more time.

As mentioned above, please share the admin credentials again as the previous one are not working.
I'll create a video of your website when I try to replicate the issue, then you can point me what mistake I am doing while replicating the issue.
I'll need both the student and admin credentials, so please make sure you mark your reply as private while sharing both these credentials.
I have restored the access credentials as requested. They are the same as before for both dummy student (Sterno) and admin (Vibesupport).
