I have installed Mandrill for check my emails and everything works fine.
My only problem is that the instructors emails do not arrive: When I'm simulating a course purchase with my paypal sandbox account, all emails reach their destination but not those for instructors.
Please, can you check this?

Check email touch points from Lms -> settings -> touch points .

Check if emails are enabled from the instructor personal email settings from profile settings -> email .

I checked and everything is in place
The only mail that comes to the instructor is: new message by 'user'
No other email arrives.
Notifications are ok.
Please, can you check? I think this is a bug

Try resaving all the settings again first the touch points and then the profile settings email settings of the instructor .
If above does not helps share admin credentials and site url to check this .

I have checked and rechecked, saved and resaved but nothing!
All emails reach their destination except for the instructors.
I also thought it could be a problem with https protocol but it is not, because I have another installation where I have not https and emails do not arrive.

Issues located in your site :
a. Out dated theme 1.9.8 with updated plugins 1.9.9
b. Wrong License key : http://i.imgur.com/e28Zy2g.png
c. HTML Emails were disabled in your site in LMS - Settings - Emails section
I've now updated the theme in your site.
However the issue is not resolved. When I subscribe myself to the course, I receive two mails, both with student content.
I suspect this could be an issue with the SMTP mail server, can you confirm this by installing WP Mandrill plugin ?

Why students receive emails and instructors nothing? There must be something that blocks the sending of email for instructor role

To be honest I am not sure why this strange error is appearing on your site while on our site it seems to work as expected.
But then what should I do?
You are sure that on your site, emails are sent to the instructors also?
I have this problem on 2 different domains.
I'll try to do a clean installation on a third domain.
If also into that domain does not work, sorry, but it's a problem of your theme

I just re-saved all the settings related to emails and it seems to be working now.
I created one test account and used one student account to test out this course : https://yoursite.com/course/contrabbasso-10-steps/
and

ps : Do change the instructor of the above course, I changed it to vibethemes for testing.
