Hi, The video which shows the working of the batches plugin, shows some appearance of the batches as we go to edit the course. I purchased and activated the plugin, but as I go to modify any course, nothing appears in the COMPONENTS related to batches but just to Set a Course Forum. In view I am unable to create any courses with the batches. Can you please advise? Thanks. Best Regards, ADA

Please share the video url you are referring to, so that I can help you with that. The other issues are generally styling issues, so I'll need to page url to check those in your website and provide a solution to that, so please share the page url to check these issues on your website.

The video is about the enrolling in the batch. => By default the students can purchase the course and then they can start the course. If there there is some batch connected to the course then after purchasing the course the student will have option to either first enroll in the batch and then do the course according to the batch settings, or the students can ignore the batch and proceed on starting the course. => In the course settings section there is a setting (shown in the video) which force the users to first enroll in the batch after purchasing the course otherwise they will not be able to start the course. ----------------

    1) For images please go to woocommerce setting and set the display height to 999 and make sure the hard crop is disabled, refer: http://prnt.sc/dwboq0 2) For displaying the bullets add the bellow css in your wp-admin->appearance->customize->custom css: .product .wc-tab ul {list-style:disc;padding-left:15px;} 3) Ok, here is an example to explain this: => Create a course say, "Test Course". => Now consider this course is set to be repeated for 3 months say  February, March and April. => So now create three batches/groups say "Feb Batch" , "March Batch" and "April Batch". => Now you can set the start date of the Feb Batch to 1st Feb 2017 and similarly set the start date of other 2 batches also. => You can also set the end date of the batch. => You can also enable the batch timing if you want and can set that the students can only access the course between these timing only. => Also enable the setting in the course to first enroll in a batch to start the course. => Now the students can purchase the course and enroll in any one of the batches connected to this course. => If the student enrols in the Feb Batch then that student can only access the course in the month of Feb because after the Feb the batch will expire or say course will expire for Feb batch students. But the other students in different batch can access this course.   Let me know if this helps.

You are using visual composer the issue is originally related to visual composer here. However you can add the bellow custom css to resolve this: .vc_row ul {list-style:disc;padding-left:15px;} -------------- For image please refer: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ --------------- Yes this still remains valid for classroom courses, the main advantage of wplms batches plugin is that you can group the users into different groups, you can track which user is in which group and the students can take the class in that particular group only. I am not sure how are you maintaining the classroom, can you please clarify this ? If you are maintaining it manually offline then you can use the batches for grouping purpose and share information, you can also set your course to offline.

The answer to your question lies on the objective of your site. Since the courses run offline, i am assuming that the online site is only used to display to the user that following Course is run under scheduled batches. Consider a Batch = Classroom for your case. Question : 1. Do you want to keep track of students joining the course ? 2. Do you want to keep track of students joining in a certain Classroom ? 3. Are you awarding scores, certificates to your students using WPLMS ? 4. Do you want to give special permissions to users to be able to access  scores, certificates for the classroom ? 5. Do you want to combine the classroom users into one unit so that you can send them a mail or upload material for their downloading ? 6. Do you want a private forum for the classroom where users in the classroom only can interact among themselves ?   the above are the advantages of using batches plugin with WPLMS which might be suitable for your case.
