Hello Continuing my issues, I cannot upload logo and favicon. I did look at your refer tip; I do not have any additional 3rd party plugin enabled other than those that your documentation recommends. I simply cannot see the option on your tip. How can I see those options?? When I use the button browse, it takes me to the media library, I pick the image and select to insert. I see no other option below description. Is there a plugin that I should enable?? I don't remember seeing those options. Please explain how I can upload logo and favicon?? Thank youThat is an old tip, now we have changed this and you do not need to click on any button before adding the logo in the website. ----------- Currently there is n issue with the uploading: Track: https://trello.com/c/LChEyFex Actually the image uploads fine and if you save the changes then you can see the new image there. Also as a quick fix you can first remove the image and save the changes, now once the page is reloaded add the image from the media library and it will work fine.
