January 26, 2016 at 4:12 pm #21261carlosmerSpectator1 Since I updated to 2.0 my students can not continue courses. They only can see the unit which they were seeing after update. They can not move forward or go back. 2 This is weird: I can not switch any "switchable" option in back end: I can add text in text boxes and select any option from dropdown settings, but not switching. I can not change the value in custom fields. This is happening in course settings, page settings, page creator... (I can not enable / disable course creator). I am talking about these switches, I click but notching changes:January 26, 2016 at 4:15 pm #21265carlosmerSpectatormy website: https://merpixel.com admin credentials: carlos testpass If you want to enter a course you should go to the url i.e: https://merpixel.com/course/revit-basico/ And click on "Miembros" or "Actividad", otherwise you won't see the CONTINUE COURSE button. This is another bug which I already posted on another query.January 26, 2016 at 4:57 pm #21278carlosmerSpectatorPoint 2 has been fixed by activating WooCommerce pluginJanuary 26, 2016 at 5:31 pm #21287carlosmerSpectatorI have checked that users can move forward the next unit or quiz when they mark the unit as complete, or complete the quiz. I have this option checked: WPLMS > Course Settings > Force Unit: Free Access, So the students should be able to move forward without marking units as complete. IMPORTANT: Students can not go back to another previous unit. No matter if they checked MARK COMPLETE UNIT or not. They can not go back. I have also checked that reviewing quiz does not display correctly in chrome 1200x800 pxJanuary 26, 2016 at 6:32 pm #21313carlosmerSpectatorUPDATE*: Point 2 is not fully fixed: Switches in Back-end Edit Course settings are still blockedJanuary 27, 2016 at 7:33 am #21500sandyMember@carlosmer: We have fixed the issue in your setup. The issue was with plugin Ultimate VC Addons. The conflict would also be resolved in coming theme update 2.0.1 releasing today. Please check.January 27, 2016 at 8:42 am #21544carlosmerSpectatorOk thank you. I have checked that right now progress in every course is still blocked. Even when I deactivate Ultimate VC Addons. I suppose I should wait until 2.0.1 is released to have this issue fixed?January 27, 2016 at 10:55 am #21618sandyMemberYes 2.0.1 would be released by EOD.January 27, 2016 at 8:21 pm #21850carlosmerSpectatorI have updated to 2.0.1 and the progress of the course is still blocked. Even when I deactivate VC ultimate Addon, still blocked, I can't go back to any previous unit nor move forward freely. All the plugins are updated and I have saved permalinks again.January 28, 2016 at 7:47 am #22021Anshuman SahuKeymasterUnable to replicate the issue . Please try deactivating the third party plugins and clear the browser cache . Also check if your students are completing the units in a sequence not randomly .Unit locking -> mark previous unit complete from wplms -> course manager . If above does not helps then please share the url of the course and admin credentials to check this at your end . Please also share the steps to replicate the issue with screenshots . PS :mark reply as private as private while sharing the credentials .January 28, 2016 at 9:54 am #22123carlosmerSpectatorI already tried to deactivate all the third party plugins. It did not work. I alraedy checked all the settings in course manager, I don't know what ese can I try. @Admin told me in a previous message in this topic that this was an issue caused by Ultimate VC Addon and it would be fixed in 2.0.1. I have updated to 2.0.1 and it has not been fixed, I deactivate Ultimate VC Addon and it's still not working. I already shared Admin credentials in a previous message of this topic. Maybe something is wrong with start_course_page, although that page worked perfect before 2.0. This is quite urgent some of my students are already starting to panic.January 28, 2016 at 12:15 pm #22199carlosmerSpectatorFinally I know what is causing the problem: it's this option in LMS > Settings: Disable ajax in Course unit load. I have ajax disabled because I have created all my units with VisualComposer. If I enable Ajax in units VC does not work in units If I disable Ajax then students can not move free through the course. They are blocked, they can not move back or forward. And I think it's also slowlier. How can I fix this issue?January 28, 2016 at 4:52 pm #22345carlosmerSpectatorFinally Vibe Course Module 2.0.2 update fixed this issue. Now I can enable Ajax in units and VC works perfect. Thank you very much for all your hard work with WPLMS 2.0, it's beautiful.
