    Hi there, We've created a free course for 30 duration. But, some students are getting 60 days time. Don't know why and how! Pls see the screenshot - https://prnt.sc/kpwc99 The course duration shd be what we fix on the settings. Thanks,

    @WMHI, This is possible when you have initially set the course duration let's say 60 days. And those students who has 60 days access are still in the course and you again changed the course duration 30 days. This will only change for the new users. New users who will be added in the courses can access the course for 30 days. Remove those students from the course and add them again from course-admin area.  This will resolve your issue

    After getting complain from users (from same organisation, some got 30 days and some 60), we decided to update the present FREE course duration to unlimited period (9999 days). We've bulk updated from frontend members section. But, for future courses this issues should be resolved.

    @WMHI, you are the first one who is reporting this. We will be thankful if you can share the steps too because we can fix this when we could replicate the same. Whenever you'll face this kind of issue again Let us know, we will fix this after testing on our test setup.
