404s in all pages.

Hi, I am setting an internal LMS, and I am having the 404s in all pages issue. I followed the instructions in the post below and told our server administrator to enable the mod_rewrite. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/all-posts-pages-urls-result-in-404s/ I got a reply from them saying that they had enabled the mod_rewrite in the server, but I still get "404 Not Found" in all pages. I cannot share with you our login info since our server is secured and can only be accessed behind VPN. I have tried anything I can think of! Please help!!!
