actions in link redirectin problem

I’m using nginx and php7 on centos 7. I’m having a problem with the actions example : http://www.beirut2020.com/course/basic-of-nature-photography/?action=members it doesn’t redirect to the members it’s stuck on the home page of the course, As for all the actions in all links. How to solve this bug? I already checked the permalinks that are already set to postname, and checked that the course is published.

Try to resave the permalinks to postname. Make sure all the plugins and theme is up to date, and try deactivating the third party plugins.

I rechecked the permalinks and all the plugins are updated the wp-admin credentials are: beirut_2020_admin 5cr)pvqx(u(F31H6BW I'm still using the demo content and in testing phase.

I tested it on php 5.6.4 on ubuntu and it's working how do you think it can be solved.

Yes i removed the website I'll do a clean server installation and check if everything will work fine i'll use ubuntu 15.10 + nginx 1.8 + php 5.6.4
