That is  not the page a tell you, there is ok translated. The problem is the verification page where the user has to put a key. When a user fiil the form to register, autmatic it receive a email with a key and link to a verification page. The title of that page is en english. You can check it very easy, fill the register form as student and after that, do click on the mail url received.
