Activation mail not working

Hello, whenever I register a new account on my site, verification mails aren't being sent. I've already made sure that both "REGISTER & LOGIN SIMULTANEOUSLY" and "SKIP MAIL VERIFICATION" options are disabled. I need help. Thank you!

Please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails -> email options -> click on edit activation email button there and check if there is an activation email present or not . If not then please goto wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> reinstall buddypress emails . Also check if the  wordpress wp-login page forget password emails are sending out from system .

Hello, there was already an email template (I reinstalled emails anyway just in case). But still, no emails are being sent, neither the account activation one nor the password recovery one. How can I fix this?

Hi, If both emails are not working  i.e. activation and wp-login forget password email, then contact your hosting provider. This issue is due to server because wp-login mail is send through wordpress. Kindly contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue.

Hello, I've instaled a SMPT and test mails are working just fine there but still activation / forgot password lms emails aren't. Also when I reinstall buddypress emails it doesn't create a forgot password one. Kind regards.

Yes  see that the  wp-login.php page forget password email is working in your site . Its just the buddypress emails that are not working . I tried everything to check this but could not find any reason behind this . Please provide us some time for this .

Well I checked everything but still could not find any reason to it . Can you please try installing postman smtp plugin for this ? https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-smtp/  Please also share your valid ftp credentials to debug this further . PS: mark reply as private while sharing .
