    Hi, When a new user registers on my portal, they get an email to activate their account. That link sends them to this page (find in attachment). The registration does get completed, but the page they land on leads to confusions. Please suggest how to resolve this.

    Can you please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check this at your end. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the admin credentials.

    I checked the activation process on your site and found it to be working fine . Please check video in private reply ..

    Thank you... it seems the issue comes only if an account is deleted from back-end and a new one created with the same email address.

    Nope it works fine even if you have deleted the user and registers again with same email id . Please check if again . check my video of replication in private reply .
