add fields in form

Hello, we need to create several differents registration pages, as we need a manually validation we aslo need some custom fields, phone number, or specific email contact, aor address as we need some data form partners when they want to join us, indeed we can then contact them and validate their account.... or create a new one thank you we also need to upload some document at registration ! thank you !

S i found manually validation and custom fields, but i don't see where we can see the custom fields in registration array... so if soemone is filling a form, and we want to check some data filled in custom form, how and where we can see custom fiels filled ? thanks !
