Add filter to all courses

Hi I would like to add a filter like all courses, courses that I pursue and courses that i teach. These are located at the top of the all courses page. Where is this code defined? I would like to add a filter that only shows courses that match a certain taxonomy. https://prntscr.com/kpyjo1
