    Hi, I am in the middle of creating an assignment for one of my courses, and when I click "Add form" - nothing happens. How can this be fixed? Thank you. screen shot: https://ibb.co/k3nAFa

    The add form button is not shown by wplms, its coming from some third party plugin, please contact the third party plugin author for this issue.
