Add media and change image not working

Hi, Could you help me fix the problem for that the Add media and change image are not working for LMS, popups and other theme related plugin when I set the language to be Chinese?  English is ok for the same action. How I can provide me

Hi, Please deactivate all third party plugins network active also. And try after that. This may be due to any third party plugin.

Hi, thank you very much for your rapid response.  I have deactivated all third party plugins, but the problem existed. I changed to traditional Chinese,  the problem disappeared. I wonder if translation file can cause the problem. I added some translation files to the third-party plugins for Chinese. But look like all of them work well. Best

Hii I m having the same issue . i m not able to change the image neither add media . i tried everything suggested above .

Please check if you have enabled some sort of caching in your site . Please first clear and then disable all kinds of caching and check it again .   Try deactivating third party plugins also .   If still isssue persists then please create your own topic and share your site url , admin credentials  there in private reply to check this issue at your end .
