Admin are different on two same sites

Hi I am not sure if it's some plugin or something but strange issue. Both websites are identical and the main site is showing older admin format. please check screen shot below. The probem is that i can,t click on check box to give grades on my main site. Which is the top of the screenshot. The one below is working fine. Its basically same copies.

Please update the wplms theme .Version 2.0.1 have been released .Also update the modern theme 2.0.1 . Update the pluigns also to latest versions and then re-save the permalinks and the clear your browser cache and the again check this issue .
