Admin Panel Language

I need the admin panel appear in English because I want follow WPLMS Docs... Also I install localized Wordpress because I want my website appear in local language for users. Also I set admin panel language in English :link I change the admin profile language to English but, in the admin panel show some stuff in the Site Default Language (Localized Language). :link

Thanks for your help dear @Diana, Please note that I want my website users see all of content in translated language. When I change "Site Language" to "English" (Setting>General>Site Language), Everything became English, but I want just the admin panel language became English not the whole content of site . You can check again. I Deactivate the plugin that you tell me about it but, when the "Site Language" became to localized language, most of items on LMS menu didn't appear in english. Please see this :link

Hello, There two methods to translate your site in other language and admin panel in English language. 1. You can use any third party plugin to do this. 2. You can select your site language to Engilsh and translate all the strings from themes in your local language.
