Please, help!
I have been checking my touch points over and over again and I cannot see where the cause for this issue is!
Every time a student applies for a course the admin for my site will receive a wrong e-mail with the info that admin her self has applied to the course! No info or what so ever about the actual student goes along, the whole e-mail is as if she (the admin) has applied to the course.
This is driving me insane! Please, help me out...

Please check the emails in the wp-admin->emails, all the emails are present here, check the email you are receiving and modify it accordingly.
I have run over all e-mails and I cannot find it. It's like it's gone...
Compare the e-mail template with the e-mail the admin is receiving. It's not even the same...

It seems you have enabled the wplms email, please disable it as its no longer maintained, refer:

Well, why are they still included then? It seems to be working now, the only if is that the e-mails don't look so nice any more since there is no header, logotype and background... any solution for this?
This email template was built when there was no email template of buddypress, but now buddypress has released its own email template.
Therefore now we are migrating all our emails to the buddypress email template.
In future the wplms email option will be removed completely as all of our emails will be shifted to the buddypress emails.
You can style buddypress emails from wp-admin->emails->customize, refer:
