A teacher has an idea for offering a trial course and we wanted to know what you think the best way to present this/deploy it would be. If it works we want to offer this trial for all teachers to give free to students. Here are her suggestions:
We could have a pre-formatted welcome e-mail to send out students' introductory class where we need to just place their names with instructions and our contact in case they want to ask Qs or have a short meeting with us on Teams.
There would be a Microsoft Forms or other form/questionnaire example:

At the end of the form, there is an embedded link to a Minecraft Education tutorial world where the student will complete a tutorial based on their answers/skill level
Once they are finished they will be offered the next level course, which will be the teacher's course that they will pay for. They would somehow have a choice to continue to the next level, choose something else, or think about it. (not sure how to notify them of this, maybe links in the tutorial world that sends them back to a page that says congrats, and here is the next level course and a link to other options, or more info/think on it page????)
Please let me know your thoughts on the best way to deploy this that would be easy for students. Thanks!!
This is possible.
a. Create a custom registratio form for students signup.
b. Enable Welcome emails feature and Create a custom Welcome email for students who signup using the registration form. In that email you can enter the link the Form.
c. need more infroamtion on :
"Once they are finished they will be offered the next level course " <-- will the form give us this ? A parameter on your site url like abc.com?next_course&email is sufficient for us to enroll the user into a course.
