    Well the issue could be the course duration : https://prnt.sc/1tl7bhb its just 2 hours means that the course will expire after just two hours . Start date does not decide the expiration of course .

    my course is still expiring course duration is 9999 days and batch duration is different

    Reset the course and check again. or simply extend the user's subscription time in course.

    Yes, you can leave course start date blank. A course start date is only considered if it is of future time. If Course batch has a start date it overrides the Course start date.
