All course photos disappeared

    Hi, I got this problem for a while. I can see the course photos on homepage https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/ I can see them too in Dashboard. However, when I click to the course, the course page doesn't display photos. This happens many times, after I replace the photos, the photos changed for awhile then disappeared. Today when I tried to do it again, it is saved, the photos are displayed on homepage, however, it doesn't show in course page. I don't remember in which topic, a supporter helped me to add photo to this course from his side https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/course/so-cap-cuu-can-ban-ly-thuyet-online/ , today when I recheck, it disappeared too. Please help me fix it.

    hi this can be due to the course introduction video please remove it and then reupload it it will be fine

    Hi, this happens to courses without introduction video too, so it's not the problem of the video And recently I just found out that I cannot upload photos to units

    Hi, you can replace photos of any course that doesn't have course photo in course page. Besides you can add new course. You can create new course or you can test on 'testing video' course which was created by someone from vibe team

    Hi, today 26 March I have replaced photos of all my courses except the ‘testing video’. I will see how long until the next time the photos disappear Meanwhile you may create new course or change the course ‘testing video’

    hi please provide Cpanel details so we can take a look in the files(which is causing the issue)
