An error has occured: Error – unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play

Hello, I followed your video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFtnlzu7nVA and uploaded my course which is made using Storyline Articulate and uses Tin-CAN. However, when i try to run the course, i get the following error <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px;">"An error has occured: Error - unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Press 'OK' to views debug information to send to technical support"</span> I tested the course file on scorm.com and it runs fine so i dont think its an issue with the file. Please assist, all our course are in Storyline Articulate and we need to understand how to make it work.
