Announcements and News – Notifications – WPLMS 4

I created a News in the Course and it is visible in the "News and Announcements" Section of the course. However will a student (registered in the course) will know that there is a new announcement that needs to be read. The settings for the touch points are as https://prnt.sc/uigrsg I am assuming that these are the settings related to this. The Course Shows - http://prnt.sc/uigvlp The Notification Section for the student shows old notifications. http://prnt.sc/uigwdu

hi, yes it will appear in the notification when you enable it as you have not enabled the notification that's why there is no new notification https://prnt.sc/uigrsg

OK, I first tried with the setting you saw and no message or notification to the student or the instructor. I then turned all the setting son for Announcements and the News. https://prntscr.com/uk4o0o Still nothing, no email, notification or message to either the student or the instructor. Please advise.
