Hi, I noticed that a student submitted her answers as attached, however, in the manual evaluation section, it shows as "unattempted question". Please please help us figure out what the issue is here, as the instructors are currently unable to see any of the submitted answers. It would be great if you could provide me with a couple of potential issues that might be causing this, so that I can look into it. Thank you very much.
I am unable to replicate the issue on my test setup, please share your quiz url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your site.

I just did a small check and I can see the answers.
Can you test a quiz yourself and confirm that the answers are not recording ?

Hi there, will you please try again for ADV week 2 Assignment? This one seems to be the one with the issue. When I try to submit the answer, it does not show up when I click "Check Results". Google Chrome, most recent version was used.
