Apparent bug in Retake Course count

Hello Little problem I have a course. Let's say I allow it to be retaken 150 times. The student completes the course When the course appears on the dashboard, it says that the course is complete and that retake is possible. When the student retakes it the first time, when we go back to the display it states that the course has been retaken 1/150. If the student retakes the course again, it says that it has been taken 11/150 not 2/150 as it should If the student retakes a third time, it says 111/150 If the student tries a 4th time, the system refuses the retake as 1111 is larger than 150. This needs to be fixed. If, after the above sequence, the admin allows the course to be restarted and the course is taken and then restarted, the system claims that the course has been done 41/150 times. Can you kindly look into this as it is clearly problematic? Thanks Andrew
