    Hi, So I have set up two appointments between an instructor and a student. The instructors (https://mentor.geocounsellors.co.za/members/maxine/book/instructing/) Can see the meetings but has to go a week forward and then a week back on the agenda in order to see it? see video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crnO17WOpd The student on the other hand cannot see the appointments at all.     The screenshot is not working. I will need your admin credentials as well as student's credentials in a private reply to check

    Hi Cleared all my cache, and used two different browsers when testing instructor and student and it seems to be ok now. Thanks. If I run into this issue again ill reopen this thread

    Yes, the issue appear due to cache. The process is more simple in vibe appointments which is a compatible version of Appointments Addon in v4 If you are migrating to v4, then you can check the same https://docs.wplms.io/extensions-and-addons/extended-addons/vibe-appointments
