Please try contacting your webhost for the upload assignment issue .Check itf your server is applying any security on file uploading .
ANd the 759 issue it is the unit id that is being printed there .
this is an issue we will get it fixed in next update(quick update) of wplms releasing soon .

Regardin the white page on assigments, it seems to be something related to memory_limit. The support is checking it, so when i get an answer i will share it here.
Regarding the 759 issue, the last upadte on theme (1.9.9.1) was fixing that? Becasue im still getting the same error.

It should be fixed with the vibe custom types plugin update (1.9.9.1) .
