Assign approved users certificate!

Hey! how are you?

The certificate that my courses have is accredited by a state entity, first I have to publish the course and depending on the content they give it a rating...

This means that there are many users who have finished the course before I can create the certificate, would it be possible to select only the approved users and apply the certificate to them? Thanks a lot!

yes you can disable  certificate to the user from course settings :

I'm sorry I didn't have to explain it well...

I need to be able to select all the participants who have passed and apply the certificate to them all together....

well that is actually not available, the certificate actually awarded when user finish the course button.

OKAY! I have courses with 1000 to 4000 participants, and many finish the course before the certificate has been created, so I then have to assign them one by one... 

It would be nice to be able to select the approved participants and assign them the certificate!!
