Assignment section

Hi, I have two separate courses where I have added the same assignment. When a student submits a written text via the text box, I get a notification that the student has done this. Your video tutorials show that I can go to the admin area as an instructor, view the assignments and send some feedback with a grade. This does not happen to me. Instead, I must go in the backend of the site - LMS- Assignment, and check the comments section. How can I have it appear in the front end as the video demonstrates? Also, when I check the assignment itself, all other submissions are underneath it as comments. How can I take off this feature?   Thank you

Okay please check if your assignment is connected to the course from assignment settings in back end . to make assignment appear in course submissions you have to connect the assignment to the course . refer : http://prntscr.com/b4kuu9
