Assignments All Unsubmitted(even when set not to include in evaluation)

Something changed in one of the updates that now the application holds all assignments even if the toggle in assignment settings is set to off. This did work fine before. 1) Assignment setting set to not be included in evaluation https://prntscr.com/1usayz3 2) Assignment gets held for review https://prntscr.com/1usayxp 3) Student can't complete course until admin checks assignment https://prntscr.com/1usbadw This used to just alert the admin that the student had submitted the assignment but also let them submit the course and move on to a new one. I've tried creating a new assignment, toggling the "include in evaluation" on and off etc.

try to exclude the course from assignment setting and then check

I did try the toggle the setting to "include in evaluation" both on and off. Both settings hold the assignment.

hi setting set to not be included in the evaluation this doesn't. mean that the user can proceed with the course without completing the assignment this setting. means that the marks of the assignment will not be added at the time of evaluation you can set the assignment in the unit to fix this

Yes, we had it set to not be included in evaluation and they took the assignment and then were still allowed to submit the course. Right now they are not allowed to submit the course regardless of if it is set to be included in the evaluation or not.

Ok, so previously we were able to include an assignment in the course but not have the submission of the course depend on that assignment having been marked in the system. Is there still a way we can do that?

hi so to prevent this you can do only a thing that add the assignment in the unit
