Attachments not working

Hi I can no longer attach files to modules, I used to be able to do it but since updating to the latest version of the template I can no longer,  I have seen your video on how to do it but it no longer works

Yes, I have already seen this video and tried this but it does not work, it used to work but since recently updating the template and plugins it has stopped working.

I just tried it at our end, and its working perfectly fine. You must have missed something, refer that video and try once again. If not then share the admin credentials with us. PS: Mark your message as private while sharing the credentials.
