June 12, 2016 at 9:25 am #52950jshowlaySpectatorHi I am having a problem when I go to create a new course and scroll down to select the units that are going to be in the course e.g. this area Set Course Curriculum, prepare units and quizzes before setting up curriculum and choose the units that are going to be placed in the course it is not displaying any of my units in the drop down. and when I start typing letters into the box it is not pulling up any of my individual units. is there any way you could kindly let me know what I am doing wrong or how I can fix this? thanks, JustinJune 13, 2016 at 5:53 am #53024H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease check if the linkage is enabled, go to wp-admin->wplms->course manager->enable linkage, set it to "No". Try using front end course creation, refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkSeHimJGF8 If the same issue persists then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your setup. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.June 13, 2016 at 7:20 am #53064jshowlaySpectatorHi I have disabled linkage and tried using the front end course creator but I am still having the same issue on the front end as I was having on the back end. which is that I am not currently able to add any units to the courses because the unit's don't appear in the course creation section, I don't know what I am missing... would it be possible for you to take a look. I would really appreciate it thanks, domain = http://www.nicheprofitmarketing.com username = admin password = ;c~&&[nqsTS*3VnJune 13, 2016 at 10:12 am #53085H.K. LatiyanParticipantThanks for sharing the credentials with us. I checked your site but I couldn't replicate the issue on your website, please refer the video in my next private reply. I logged in your website and selected a random course for testing. Then I tried to replicate the issue on backend and as well as on front end, but I couldn't replicate the issue.June 13, 2016 at 10:12 am #53086H.K. LatiyanParticipantHere is the video created using your website: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD1I6Vib6IJune 15, 2016 at 10:23 am #53399jshowlaySpectatorHi The Problem that I am having is that I am unable to add unit's to the courses I created a test course for example if you go to this url http://www.nicheprofitmarketing.com/course/test-course/ and try to add a unit on the front end course creator or from the backend it is not listing the units when you try and add them to the course. so I am not sure what to do? can you think of any ideas on how to fix this issue? thanks, JustinJune 15, 2016 at 2:45 pm #53476H.K. LatiyanParticipantOk I again checked your website and still not able to replicate the issue on your website with the new course. Please refer the video in my next private reply. Please make sure the units should be published and should have a title to search.June 15, 2016 at 2:46 pm #53477H.K.
