I want to allocate a course that will help my instructors to master courses creation on my website. How can I auto allocate this course to them on their dashboard once they sign up?

I do not need every user. I only want to assign one course to instructors only to enable them make good course use the site very well. I need a specific user and not all. I do not need the students too.
