Auto items added in cart page without any add to cart confirmation.

Hi, In our learners cart page and cart popup, items randomly added without any add  to cart confirmation. Even when items deleted manually after sometimes again items randomly added. Please make sure that your woocommerce plugin and wplms theme is updated to latest version . Secondly please try deactivating all third party plugins at once in your site and then check this issue again  . If issue still persists then please share steps to replicate the issue , site url and admin credentials to check this out . PS: mark reply as private while sharing .
