Autoevaluated feature failed, course under evaluation

Hi, One of my users reported an issue on a course. She submitted an auto-evaluate course. She passed the quizzes. However, the quizzes show "under evaluation" so the course did not allow her to submit. I've retrieved her answers manually and saw that she passed the course. What would cause this issue?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am still experiencing this issue. My option to allow comments is not showing up on my quiz page. Do you know why this would be?

Hi please share : url of the course in which the issue is appearing . admin credentials and valid ftp credentials to check this issue at your end . PS  : mark reply as private while sharing .
